Zentra was started because the ITSM tools we’d used for years had stopped trying. Bloated configurations, ten-year-old UI, and pricing that punished growth. We built the product we wished we’d had — modern, open, and serious about operations.

Every workflow in Zentra was shaped by people who’ve been on call, run a CAB, and explained an SLA breach to an exec. Nothing in the product is theoretical.
Calm software for noisy work
IT operations is loud enough. Zentra’s UI is restrained on purpose — fewer colors, less chrome, more signal. The product fades into the background; the work doesn’t.

Workflows, fields, SLAs, and forms are configurable without engineering. When you do need code, the API is honest, documented, and stable.
